The reception staff were very helpful. The room was very comfortably with excellent views of the sea and pier. It was very handy that the West Cliff lift is straight outside the front door of the hotel. It made an interesting route to the beach promenade."

"We came for a night on the way to Peppa Pig World (30 min drive away) and it had everything we needed and more. The kids loved the pool and the grounds. It was a 20 min walk from the beach but there was a supermarket/other shops just across the road. The room was a bargain, and had the basics you would need for a night's stay. Plenty of room for the kids (family room - 1 double and 2 singles.) The beds were comfortable. The staff were friendly and the breakfast was nice."
