The main building where we stayed is very well maintained and the cleaning is top rate. The hotel staff can not do enough for you and make your stay a very pleasant and relaxing break. Really great property and really well fitted out in the kitchen for cooking which can be rare. Great and helpful staff who are very responsive. Great to have the easy access to the pool for lazy afternoons and the Moroccan restaurant at the pool is amazing and really good value. Easy 15-minute walk into the centre of town which goes past small local Portuguese restaurants, bakeries and coffee shops so you could experience the fancy old town places as well as the authentic local places.

The Salema Beach Village ishigh end with top spec properties. The properties are very well built and tastefully (yet simply) decorated. We stayed in Townhouse No.111 which is a 3-bedroom and at the back of the complex, overlooking the pool. Once the pool bar opens it will be next door to this property.
