Good value of money
The place is large and clean, the bus stop is right in front of the hotel but the bus comes every half an hour and some times an hour so you have to make your schedule, its not too far from the center its about 6 stops, 20 mns Its a good value of money anyways

Nice hotel, staff did not go out of their way to speak English or speak, at all, which is disappointing after a 9 day stay . Pool, sauna very nice. Gym small, but nice. Did not use massage services. Nice walking trail behind property. Restaurants limited around the property, almost 2 mi away. Breakfast good, but would have liked crepe, waffle, omelette station for the price. Beds fairly comfortable Need a car or taxi * hotel allows pets which is fine but should NOT be allowed inside the dining area out of its cage & barking. Ruined my dinner!

Please don’t go there. Terrible experience not even a two star hotel. There was a 50 people line to make check in. Charge us 80 usd deposit of minibar per room. Room terrible near Pool and vending machine. Bed were two single’s together not a king as I request. Minibar with very expensive princess 5 euros for a 200ml still water. Bar closes at 11 no breakfast after 10 am. Not upgrade as was communicated. Near hotel you don’t have nothing. Need to take a bus that’s always full of people and goes only 1 per hour. Taxi was 60 euros for a 5 min trip. This is definetly not a 4.5 star hotel. That’s false and will never staying again there. I prefer to pay 200 euros more for a good Sofitel or Meliá.

Such a beautiful hotel. Spotlessly clean. Great choice of facilities that are free for hotel guests. The cocktails were fantastic, the breakfast was delicious and a great variety of fresh foods. Easy parking and a bus stop just outside the hotel, with free public transport on weekends it was even more convenient to get around. Luxembourg City is beautiful and this hotel made our stay even more enjoyable, we will definitely be back!

They didn’t have a kettle in the room so you can make yourself a cup of tea. No complimentary water bottle in the room. As a British tourist I am offended by this. Other than this the room was clean, the cleaning ladies were exceptional and they ought to be recognised.

Travelling all day by car from London I asked if they could store my dog's unopened sealed packaged frozen food in the ice box in their large fridge which they had room for but refused saying due to covid. I offered to sanitise the whole ice box and still no. I pleaded saying with the warm weather and another day of driving, the food will go off and still no sympathy. So was not pleased at all. The towels supplied were thin and small, the type you expect in a Travel Inn/Holiday Inn chain. Surprised no tea/coffee making facility. The fridge in the room was warm. Pool was not open but I noticed a sign that pool and spa was extra. Good thing was the large tree area at the back to walk the dog. Certainly would not return

Restaurant billing was a mess and aftet comi g home they sent an email telling me they had charge my credit card for dinner at a too high price. Curatins were half fallen down. Soap bottle was dripping empty. Not going there again.

A good 3-star hotel except for the bed
It's a good 3-star hotel. The staff was pleasant, and the food was fine. The only thing that I didn't like were the beds as all were twin beds. That is, a double bed was simply two twins pushed together - not comfortable.

Good locale to city center
Generally everything was great. Staff was really friendly. Lots of options onsite. My one disappointment was that the massage and salon are closed on Sunday and Mondays. I really wanted to take advantage of this but we were out and about Saturday so we never had the chance. Location to city center is perfect. About a 5 min drive.
