"The music was extremely loud. I have to call Multiple times for staff to go to that room to have the family turn the music down. Extremely inconvenienced. There were multiple holes in the corners of the room."

"We’re a family of 4 traveling to pick up my daughter UCON. The hotel was situated at a great location. . Nice spacious parking. I had to call ahead of time because we were arriving until 3 AM the next day. They made accommodations. They let us stay for late checkout, half an hour after check out time. This was super convenient and very accommodating. We knew they made an exception because the hotel was completely booked because of all the graduations happening that weekend. Excellent place to stay. Will definitely come back. Also, try to make a reservation early. They book up faat."

"If you don't request room service, they won't clean your room. Every day, I had to ask them to reactivate my key card so I could get into the room. The pool was closed by the Department of Health. They assigned me a room that hadn't been cleaned since the previous guest checked out. The breakfast was terrible—just coffee and slices of bread. I don't recommend"

"We would stay here again we absolutely loved the decor. It was modern funky and grand. We love the bar downstairs with the adorable DJ. She was amazing. I don’t know her name, but we love the music and her vibe. Great location, great price, comfortable bed, clean room."

"The room was clean but a little outdated. The hair dryer very old and needed to be replaced. The carpet in the room had a musty smell. The hallways had a similar smells as well. A good steam cleaning hopefully will resolve the issue. The walls are thin so you might hear your neighbors or plumbing sounds. Shower pressure was high, but hot water was quick. There is no quiet time, so people were talking and slamming the door in the of the late of night. Breakfast was basic, no pancakes or waffles makers. Parking was free, which is good. Good stay if on a budget, but if you expect better quality, maybe not."
