The included breakfast was excellent. Staff were helpful. One of the superior rooms we paid for was not very superior and in the attic with no windows at all. We changed down to a regular room, which was lovely, but couldn't get a refund because we prepaid. It was a beautiful historic place and the small plunge pool was refreshing. Parking was close by and very close to Haro and the wine tasting and trails to bike and walk. great base for Rioja wine visit

We stayed at the hotel 2 nights. Nice, clean room, bathroom, soft towels. Located in the center of the city.
Nice breakfast was included in the price.
We definitely recommend this hotel.

"Rooms were clean but didn’t have coffee machine, the staff told us we have to upgrade the room to get coffee machine!! The parking was a very narrow , uphill with a seriously unmanageable curve. Our car got scraped! I will never go back with a car at this hotel !"

"Room was very comfortable and the Japanese WC was a great addition. We didn't have breakfast in the hotel. The rooftop area looked great but it was wet when we visited.
