This well-maintained apartment complex is set in a 7,000 m² private park with shady eucalyptus, pine, and poplar trees – an ideal retreat for families seeking relaxation and proximity to the beach. The complex is quietly located about 900 meters from the sea and the beaches. The town center with bars and restaurants is just 200 meters away, and a train station and major shops are about six kilometers away. The apartments are comfortably furnished and all feature a balcony, bathroom with shower or bathtub and toilet, satellite TV, direct-dial telephone, hairdryer, and a small kitchenette with an electric oven and gas stove.
