Located only two minutes walk from the main street of Lumsden only minutes away from many fishing, hunting and jet boating spots our wee unit is the perfect base being so central to everything we are only 40 minutes to an hour away from Queenstown, Te Anau, Invercargill, and gore It is also perfectly situated on the round the mountain cycle trail. Light and spacious, this smart unit has it all! Coffee, tea, basic supplies, and cleaning supplies for the unit included.

Short stay at Bloom Unit

The property was clean and tidy during our stay. There are basic kitchen utensils if you need to cook a simple meal. A new shower has also been installed since the last review. Aroha was a kind and friendly host. I recommend this unit for travellers stopping over for a night to rest before heading to their next destination.

It was clean and fairly spacious. Simply furnished. The odd thing was no shower. The shower at the local pool was an option if you want a fair hike and a bit of fuss getting the key.

Very spacious and clean. Obviously a work in progress but so far very nice. Needs tv connection. Wifi would be nice but good to be without emails for a while. Couldn’t find dish cloth, broom, small sharp knife. Would come back any time.

Property suited our needs. Main negative was locking and unlocking front door/fire escape. Lock needs to be serviced or changed. Perhaps a spare blanket. Other than that aok.

Lovely property that is nice and new, clean, etc. however, three fundamentals let it down the TV didn’t work and there was no Wi-Fi and no coffee!
