Worst bed ever in a hotel
We got to the hotel after 02:00 me and my partner could not lay next to each other as the bed kept moving apart and we would slid onto tbe floor this after I paid extra for a big bed

Very good location and service
Very good location. It's in city center. Less than 1 km to bus ans train station. There are alot of restauranta surrounding the hotel. Room is quite large, clean and comfortable equiped with 5 ft bed, sofa, working desk and big screen TV. Shower room and toilet is quite large. Breakfast is excellent.There are a lot of food including hot and cold dishes, fruits, bread and beverages. Complimentary coffee and tea are provided in the lobby.

Good. Not great. Be careful with the garage.
Extremely tight garage. Parking spot too small for a compact sedan. I had a polestar 2, had do exit through the passenger door. Besides that, good hotel. There's no in room minibar. Good options at reception.

The reception is the most unhelpful one I have seen. We called for laundry service the day before our arrival and they said we could do it upon arrival. The next day when we arrived, the reception said that it was already fully booked! (we asked the prior day about booking it in advance and the reception told us they do not know). Anywho, no one was helpful and during our check-in, the lady kept answering with "I do not know"and it took her 5 minutes to use the word SORRY! Even while getting the parking card in the hotel garage, I had to tell her that I will come and pay during check-in because I had left the car on emergency lights and it was in the no parking zone (while the first thing she wanted me to do was pay and then care about anything else going on). It was a very unpleasant experience with the hotel staff. However, have to mention, the breakfast was really amazing and the rooms were sparkling clean (although quite small).

A good solid Lulea Hotel
Ultra convenient hotel in the centre of Lulea with some great staff and proximity to the waterfront, railway station, bus station, easy taxi access to the airport, and with plenty of eating and shopping facilities right on the doorstep. We've stayed here at least 12 times and it's just one of those reliable steady places.

Reliable and Consistent
4th Stay at this hotel. If you want expensive uber-luxury, look elsewhere but at this price point this place is great. It has an excellent location (walk to everything), the facilities, rooms, staff, all combine to give you a simple, comfortable stay. A fridge in the room would be great, but hey you can't have everything, and they make up for it with free tea and coffee 24/7. We'll be back.

Best breakfast we have had anywhere else. Staff was very helpful and helped us contact a friend by telephone. Nice beds and shower. Free hot water was appreciated.

A nice and modern hotel. The bathroom was cleaned everyday when we went out and there was plenty to choose from at the buffet - although more vegan options would have been more appreciated. One downside is that the double sofa bed seemed a little small to fit two people comfortably.

Lovely Lulea!
The stay was for business in the University but was also a holiday as I had a travel companion who stayed for the week also and we had a lovely time in the evenings and then together at the weekend exploring this most wonderful, beautiful area of Norrbotten. The hotel was so central but was also so comfortable wiht lovely food choices both at breakfast and in the bar in the evening. Everyone was very helpful too and advised us on public transport and where to visit and eat.It was my second time being here and I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone coming to visit Lulea!
