I live in Finland and I was dreaming about going to Clarion hotel one day. This time I booked luxury room on the top floor.
Well...
First of all we were not welcomed in the reception and waited for workers to end chatting. When they ended chatting we were asked to wait while they were busy with some pile of papers.
Then I gave my passport to check in and worker did not notice it and asked me to wait 20-40mins (another worker who was just chatting, she has just dropped her coat from outside, ran into check in area ehile another worker was still busy with papers). I felt myself like fruit market customer on the street. Check-in personnell spoke super quickly. Terrible check in.
The worst thing is that there is no ventilation in a room. I am not mentioning airconditioning.
When oxygen was totally missing in a room we had to go to lobby to get some fresh air but were asked to leave due to pandemic restrictions.
We asked reception to open our window.
They opened. And all night till the morning I was listening to screaming seagulls. I did not sleep at all during stay.
I would like to get full refund. My life was in danger, because i was driving home next day without sleeping.
Breakfast: dirty plates, dirty forks, some white substance in nutella, anxious cook, extremely cheap food, bad coffee (I ate breakfast outside in cafe).
I would like full refund.
I definitely do not recommend.
I will not stay again.
