The staff are very attentive. It is a perfect place to stay. It is an easy and pleasant walk to town, the beach and harbour. The river on the edge of the property is a beautiful vista."

"this was a repeat visit after a 10 year gap. Little seems to have changed in that time. Although mainly a golf hotel, its a bit disappointing that the hotel doesn't try to cater for non golfers. For example there is plenty of room for tennis courts and a children's play area. Restaurant/bar staff always seemed too busy to provide the level of service you would expect for a 4* hotel"

Neither was working, and I believe the staff knew this. before I was directed to the garage It is €14 a night to park in the garage, which is expensive for this town. The hotel is in the centre and parking in the square can be difficult. Otherwise a nice-sized room and bathroom, although noise from other rooms could be heard. "
