There are a handful of things I am shocked aren’t mentioned: the A/C is a wall unit in the living room only. There is no A/C in the bedroom and the LR unit can not be lowered below 76 degrees not to mention it is loud. This would be less of an issue if there were working screens on the windows, but the beautiful sliding glass door has no screen and the bedroom screens have slices and holes so we couldn’t open the windows either. Thankfully there was an oscillating fan that we moved to the bedroom that helped, but it would have been nice to take advantage of the breeze to help cool things down. The bed is awful with wells that you sink into and the pillows are so flat they’re useless. Between that and the bedroom being uncomfortably hot we did not sleep well during our stay. Also, there's no mention of the parking situation until you get your check-in instructions. The spots are TIGHT. Hard to get in and out of your car.Positives: Location is nice. Area is quiet. The coffee pot with coffee & filter baskets was appreciated and the iron was a life saver when we needed to iron my husband’s dress shirt (we were in town for a wedding.) The detailed instructions to navigate the 2 entry doors was also appreciated.Overall the rental is tolerable for a night or 2, but I would not recommend if you’re staying longer.
