You can't be much closer to the action with our "Village Condo". Located on the main street, (Hancock) we are right downtown so you can walk to the shops, restaurants and beach. Be a part of historical Pentwater when you stay with us! When you walk into the condo you can tell the building has been standing for decades. Everywhere you look there are features to admire - from the original wood trim moulding and woodwork to the beautiful fireplaces. The building may be old, but the conveniences haven't been overlooked. Within walking distance of restaurants and shops. If you or anyone in your party cannot handle a long flight of stairs you should seek other lodging. Bring a bike. Mears Beach and the general area is beautiful. If you rent a golf cart, you will not be able to drive it into Mears State Park without a MI license plate and a park pass. It was a great home-away-from-home: comfortable, clean, lovely architecturally, and well appointed. We stayed here with four adults and three children ranging from almost 2 to almost 5 in age, and we NEVER felt crowded; it’s such a spacious apartment. We had a very small issue with a couple slow drains in the bathrooms, but Mike came out and fixed it the same day I notified him, and everything worked perfectly after that! I was so pleased with the owner’s responsiveness and courtesy. Overall, the location of the apartment was perfect. We loved being right on the main strip and so close to our favorite ice cream shop! There was no issue with noise from the street, even when the front windows were open. This is right downtown Pentwater. Can’t beat the location. It’s very charming and comfortable with tons of antique detail. There’s tons of space. Patio is great. Would return!
