"Very nice hotel highly recommend "

"The room where we stayed was big enough for four people. The staff was very friendly and helped us with any questions we had. The lady who cleaned our room did a great job!!The pool was closed so we couldn't use it. Our only concern was that the hotel had no shuttle to Disneyland. We had read on the hotel's website that there was a shuttle. When we got to the hotel we found out that the shuttle wasn't available anymore."

"It’s a nice hotel, it offers free buffet breakfast from 6:30AM to 9:30AM and free parking for one car. The staff was real nice and helpful, the hotel needs to be remodeled inside other than that I enjoyed it. It’s a far walk to the Disneyland parks there’s no shuttle at the hotel, you’ll find the Disney parking lot and a free bus ride halfway there on Katella Ave. "

"Air conditioning wasn’t working properly. Made the room humid. Someone was sent to “fix” the air conditioner and they changed the ac filter that wasn’t even the issue. The repair guy said it’s an old building and all the rooms would be the same. No one did anything to help this matter. The hotel is only nice downstairs at the lobby the rooms are terrible. "

"The lady that checked us in was very rude, we stated we had reservation for 2 rooms. She was not patient in helping us, we had 2 rooms under same reservation with 2 different names, another gentleman helped us find the 2 room and was very patient and professional, not sure what kind of day that lady was having, but she was not helpful"
