The restaurant needs improvement. The food was expensive and not delicious. We had to venture out to get decent food. Restaurant staff was delightful.

It's a friendly Hotel at a reasonable price with very good service. Staff is well trained, courteous and responsive. They make all efforts to make guests comfortable.

A pleasant but uncomfortable stay this time...
It was a personal trip....the room given had some sort of disturbance all the time....there was noise of doors closing with a bang...all 24 hours of the day...as soon as you try to sleep there would be a loud bang just enuf to wake you up and wonder whats happening....other than that in my last 4-5 stays it had been wonderful.

This property is located in a safe location and you will find a lot of dining places that are at a walking distance. The rooms are slightly smaller than I had expected but they are clean. I loved the breakfast. It had quite a few options for everyone to choose from.

It was a one day stay and they made it as comfortable as possible. Each request was addressed in a timely manner. Cleanliness was ensured. Polite staff and good breakfast spread. Hygeine was maintained. Would definitely recommend a stay.

Business Stay at Gomti Nagar
Built for business travelers, situated opposite Indira Gandhi partishthan, we had booked this for our vacation in Lucknow. It was a very nice hotel with small but cozy rooms, which my daughter liked a lot. Safety and Covid protocols are well maintained. Rooms have nice beds and served with quality amenities. Room maintenance could have been a little better. We enjoyed the food there and service was very fast. Breakfast had plenty options. The staff was polite and helpful as well. The hotel is accessible by car and the nearest metro station is around 3 kms. Uber costs around 250 rupees to the city center. Overall its a nice stay in heart of Gomti Nager.

My rooms featured blood stained linen, cigarette holes in upholstery, decaying, chipped & rundown furniture, rusty fittings, filthy bathroom, soiled blinds & sticky dirty floor. Staff is rude, service is slow and hospitality is absent. I requested cleaner linens and was greeted with attitude. Breakfast is subpar, both quality and experience wise. Crew is grumpy and fails to impress. There is absolutely nothing that will take me back to this place. Please stay away from this property. Anywhere else in Lucknow is guaranteed to give you a better experience than this nightmare of a place.

The property looks a bit worn out as compared to the photographs. The staff at the reception was dull and cold. Lacked professionalism. Tlod me without properly checking thier data that I had not paid for fully and need to pay the balance. Although I had already laid in full. Were not apologetic also once they found thier error.
