Room was very good, luxurious, clean sheats .Polite staff. English speaking. But the only problem was room was not inside hotel . few 100 metres away from hotel .... For b.fast/ lunch / dinner u have to come to hotel...
Lovely people, nice hotel, but very dated and not 4 stars any more, although it may have been in it's better days. Lovely situation on the lake, good breakfast on the patio, but rooms, small dated and old fashioned.
nice enough, parking a bit of a pain, you can buy a ticket from the hotel foyer for 30chf valid for 24 hours then go find somewhere.
Its just off the motorway and if you see a wooden bridge across the river head for that cos that leads to it almost.
decent food places nearby aswell, although expensive.
Hotel staff friendly and helpfull, room spotless, shower and bog likewise,no tea n coffee stuff though so take your own water etc,we didnt have breakfast as we had to get on.
overall not bad.

It is a small hotel on a town square, with all its cobble stones and fountain, shops and outdoor cafe and 10 minutes walk from the train station, the Chapel Bridge and Reuss River. It is meticulously clean, well maintained and the room size is adequate. It is so clean that the staff at check in will warn you not to walk into the mirror in the small elevator! Staff is friendly and helpful and responses quickly to inquiry. Excellent for the value

Modern, clean hotel, with good staff. Easy parking next to hotel but some traffic noise if windows open - it was very hot weather. A short drive into Luzerne. Would stay there again, but worth remembering Swiss restaurants close early, very early on Sunday's!!
Home to nearly 60,000 people, Lucerne, on Lake Lucerne, is primarily a tourist destination due to its natural beauty of the lake and nearby Swiss Alps. The Chapel Bridge, a wooden bridge from the 14th century, is a top tourist attraction. Lucerne also boasts the Swiss Transport Museum exhibiting all forms of transport, including trains, cars, ships, and aircraft.
