Everything was great but at check-in they forgot to give us the Guest Card, which has the free transportation in the city. Luckily, we remembered it from last time, requested it & we’re were happy to see it was still available.
Solid can’t go wrong for a short trip and close to bus stop which goes to central station

Room was big enough for family of 4. Convenient paid parking and walking distance to everything we wanted.

Mold in the shower. Room smelled like cigarettes and sewage. Did have convenient location near bus station and bus/activity vouchers.

We stayed in a family room. The shower door (see through) is directly across from the beds, so you can see EVERYTHING while some one is showery. No privacy at all.
Very basic bedroom for $215 USD and we booked 7 months in advance. I don’t want to know what other people paid.

I strongly believe it’s not worth the price of what you get. In a room of 4 they put the sink outside of the bathroom, have a see throw shower and a completely separated toilet with no door lock. The extractor fan also doesn’t work so the shower is all moldy. The only thing I think was worth while was the breakfast.
Suggestion: I think that the concept of a see through shower works if you have a room with one couple. Anything more than that just makes things uncomfortable and complicated since we had to use a towel to cover the glass door.

We were warmly welcomed and surprised as we received some free transport tickets, wifi around the city and special discounts at museums as guests of this hotel. The beds could be in better conditions as they didn’t feel so comfortable.

On a negative note.the bathroom door did not have a lock on it, and the shower was in the room with a glass, do privacy for showering.
We paid for 4 people yet only 3 people were able to sign in.
On a positive note, room was clean, walking distance to the train station or bus stop.The breakfast was very good.

Clean and convenient. Beds are comfortable. My only concern is the shower door is quite see through and located directly in the room. We had to cover the door with towels to maintain privacy. The shower area is small as well. Quite awkward even with family. But shower water is nice and hot and super strong, which is definitely a plus for me
