A modern and stylish residential home in a gated community ideally located between Negril and Montego-Bay which is two of the island's most popular tourist towns. The gated community of Oceanpointe boasts free access to a fully equipped gym, a large outdoor swimming pool with picnic area, a children's play area, a tennis court , a private beach which it sits across from and 24/7 security. This is "ashore" gem to enjoy by yourself, with friends or family and most perfect for couples.

Newly constructed two bedroom, two bathroom elegantly designed home with contemporary finishes is beautifully decorated with both rustic and modern touches to create a tropical and coastal experience. You will have access to a fully equipped kitchen to recreate your own dishes or try your hands at local cuisines. Take revitalizing showers in our tropical themed bathrooms and relax on the front patio while enjoying the view of the natural garden. You will be certain to have "ashore" rest in our air conditioned bedrooms furnished with queen size beds clad with comfortable serta perfect sleeper mattresses. I am looking forward to help you have "ashore time" in this "shore" gem.

The Lucea and Sandy Bay towns are just approximately 15 minutes away and is home to supermarkets, farmers market, banks and gift shops.

Ashore Gem has really been a dream! Renae is a super responsive host, and answered any questions I had. The property is absolutely beautiful, quaint, safe, and tastefully decorated. Everything you could need to be comfortable was at your disposal! She even set me up with a driver to get to and from the airport or for any excursions or items we needed. All in all it was a 100/10 and I can’t wait to stay here again!

A home away from home!
We enjoyed our stay so much at this property. Shortly after I booked, owner reached out to see if I needed any help with transportation getting to the property. We felt just like we were at home as soon as we got there and did a quick walk through . Atmosphere is conducive to relaxation. Everything was neat and clean. Organization was at the highest level. I didn’t have to contact owner about anything while I was there because everything was in order. The owner ensured basic things were available so you didn’t have to run out to pick up stuff. Extra toiletries were available and basic things for cleaning up after yourself. Extra towels, blankets, washcloth were available. Things were labeled all over the house to help guests in finding anything they could possibly be looking for. Loved it so much that I attempted to book my next stay with her 6 months later but it was already booked but hopefully next time around:-). Book this place if you are looking for a home away from home while vacationing.
