This hotel is perfect for a romantic getaway. We loved our room, Manon Lescut, the breakfast in the room was varied and plentiful and we really appreciated the late checkout. All in all a wander full stay, perfect for a night at the opera and a romantic date!

The room was quite pleasant but not really big enough for the bed/jacuzzi. This meant there was no wardrobe space for clothes or suitcases and no sitting space. Access was not until 15.30 even at Euro 250/night. Staff were pleasant enough , breakfast not a great choice. Great access if you are going to the opera and free parking. A beautiful location but value for money???. We stayed several years ago and it was much nicer then.

Pleasantly surprised with this small hotel. It has a wonderful location, a very peaceful neighborhood with stunning views of the lake. the staff was very helpful.

Good hotel for the opera
Pretty hotel , not much in the way of facilities. Very crowded when the opera is on and very quiet when it's not . Food so so with little variation at breakfast and average at best . No taxi to get you around so cycle

Excellent location, small friendly hotel
Excellent setting by the lake, perfect for the Puccini opera festival. Room a little small for three people but clean and tidy and with a large bathroom. Staff friendly and helpful.

Beautiful location
Stayed here for the Puccini Festival just for one night. Beautiful setting on the lake and a stone throw away from the outdoor theatre. Very helpful staff, hotel very clean but bed not very comfortable and could do with more pillows! Would definitely stay here again.

decent hotel nothing special stay for the location
Very close to the puccini festival so convenient, otherwise nothing special, breakfast was ordinary as well....overall I'd stay only for the closeness to the venue otherwise no reason to be there...staff was friendly. Also the hotel had the most strict check in check out timings I've ever encountered (having stayed in more than 100 hotels so far may be)

Stayed overnight after visiting Pisa. Quiet setting on lake and staff very friendly. Hotel is in a ZTL zone, with a small parking lot. Restaurant close buy.

PERFECT LOCATION FOR THE OPERA - BUT!
To be fair, the rooms are kept very clean although very basic and all that is needed for a few nights is there. Air conditioning works well although seems only to come on in the evening. Breakfast is very good really but there are two nearby restaurants for the evening meal which are better than the hotel's offering.. The young staff are pleasant and seem to work hard, but the building has needed investment for some time and is generally untidy and could be very much better. However the outlook is very beautiful and the location a couple of doors away from Puccini's villa is excellent. It is also in sight of the auditorium for the opera across a little bridge so for a night or two at the opera it is acceptable but it could be so much better with upgrading and better leadership and training for the hard worked staff. Would I go again and recommend - yes but not for long and don't expect too much.

Simple, clean no frills hotel. Gorgeous location!
The lake and surrounding area is so beautiful, we wanted to stay longer. Very friendly helpful young staff ... and they speak some English. Breakfast is basic, not bad. We slept well there and would go back.

Hotel excellent - Great staff - Food not so good
Had a lovely 1 night stay at this hotel. The staff looked after us very well, internet worked reasonably in the public areas although not in our room. Breakfast was OK, but dinner at the hotel was a bit of a disappointment (although cheap). We'd probably go out to eat in the future. Location is very nice and you can probably go for walks around the lake, but we just used it as a base for exploring Pisa.

We had a normal room (no suite) and the room was quite old, many things broken (wall borders, tiles) and very noisy (we could hear music from the other rooms and also the jacuzzi from the room above us). We were there in December and around the hotel it was a big construction area (no not much to see from the most likely beautiful lake area). The restaurant of the hotel was also closed (which was not mentioned when booking the hotel). Luckily the restaurant next door was open that day (with excellent food).

La location è decisamente bella. Unica considerazione non positiva (dal mio punto di vista, per chi pernotta per lavoro) l'orario della colazione alle ore 8.30 è troppo tardi in quanto a quell'ora si dovrebbe essere in auto o gia' dal cliente. Comprendo che probabilmente è un hotel meno indicato per lavoratori. In generale comunque molto positivo.

Un soggiorno FA VO LO SO!!!
Ho scelto questa struttura per l ottima posizione sul Belvedere Puccini. Accoglienza, servizi e pulizia decisamente al di sopra dell' assegnazione delle 3 stelle!! Si raggiunge in macchina ma anche con i mezzi pubblici. CON SI GLIA TO a tutte le tipologie di viaggiatori!!

C'est un bon hôtel, mais c'est pour séjour romantique deux jour maximum . Pas idéal pour un long séjour ,le lit étais petit mais confortable. Pour ce qui est de l'accueille et du service tout simplement parfais .

Luogo davvero piacevole, l’hotel è fronte lago, la camera aveva una vista splendida e il personale è gentilissimo. Comodo anche il parcheggio interno. Spero di tornarci.

Zeer vriendelijk onthaal. Prive parking. Schitterende ligging aan het water. Nette kamer met alles wat nodig was en prachtig zicht op de Lago. Alhoewel er in dit seizoen het restaurant niet open was, heeft men voor mij toch een overheerlijk avondmaal gemaakt incl. Perfecte bediening. Daar ik voor de opening van het ontbijt moest vertrekken naar de luchthaven kreeg ik een ontbijt geserveerd op de kamer. Top hotel met top personeel en bediening. Zeer zeker sterk aan te raden.

Direkt am See mit schönem Blick, 4,7 km vom Meer auf der anderen Seite entfernt. Ein bißchen mit dem Auto nördlich von Viareggio ist ein noch längerer Strand, weit, breit, sehr schön, sehr italienisch, Anfang März ist eine tolle Reisezeit. Im Hotel waren sie sehr sehr freundlich, das Zimmer war klein. Bei warmen Wetter ist das kein Problem, ich saß einfach viel draussen auf der Bank mit Blick auf den See, auch am Abend
