best choice in Lublin
very good location, max 10 min walk walk up an interesting pedestrianised road, most buildings old, shops and bars etc, to the old town. \hotel was a big bank, so grand building. V good condition, e.g. carpets just finished being put in. Better location than old town when want to get bus or taxi. Helpful staff

Location is great for convenience, attractions, etc. however, it is extremely noisy until very late into the night. With windows open it is impossible to sleep. With them closed it can still be a challenge. NO AC available because the weather was not hot enough for them to engage it. But the room was stuffy and hot, so the window needed to be open to stay cool and get circulation.

Second time here and see improvement
Pros – We received a large, nicely decorated, remodeled room with a balcony overlooking the square. The hotel location is very convenient. Amenities were good. There is a mini-fridge (but it’s full since it’s technically a mini-bar). There were robes and disposable slippers. Complimentary water and tea were provided. There was good WiFi in room. The room service menu looked really good, though we never had a chance to try it. Overall, I found the hotel to be good and I would stay here again. Cons – The square and road can be very loud late at night and in the morning. For me, earplugs were a must. For light sleepers I’d suggest asking for an interior-facing room. There is no safe in the room. The biggest issue, however, was the lack of heat. We weren’t told at check-in that the central heat wasn’t enabled despite the cold October nights, so the first night we were freezing. They brought in a space heater the next morning and the rest of the nights were fine. I can certainly understand the hotel wanting to save on gas given the current situation, especially if it's low season and many rooms are empty. However, they should have informed us of this fact at check-in and offered the space heater or at a minimum provided extra blankets in the room.

Historic hotel located right downtown Lublin with elegant and very high ceilings rooms. Great comfortable bed and linens, heated floors in bathroom. Good minibar and top notch room service with wonderful dishes!

Comparing to other new hotels in Lublin this one is really old and bad. Breakfast was one of the worst. Good point was that the ceiling is high and floor in bathroom is heated.

Ok, but not a four star hotel
Not a four star hotel…at least not anymore. Very few amenities. No safe in room. No robes or slippers. Cheap hangers. Poorly done black-out curtains (can’t position without gaps). Older room with old furnishings. Very plain; minimal décor (e.g. no accessories or decorative pillows, very minimal artwork). Those things are certainly not needed, but in a four-star hotel I would expect to see a more “designed” room. No toiletries besides a built-in soap dispenser at sink and shower gel dispenser in the shower. I guess that’s more eco-friendly, but it just made the room feel like a motel. They did provide some shampoo and lotion when we requested. Sewing kit in room had been used. Maybe they are just under-staffed or limiting items in the room due to the pandemic. There was no daily cleaning offered due to pandemic, so maybe they are making other cuts as well. Hopefully things will eventually improve. There is no place to get dropped off and unload bags. There are a few parking spots in front of the hotel but they are always full. We had to either block street traffic or go around the block. It seems like they could cone-off a small area in front for loading and unloading. On the plus side, the location was good, the room and bathroom were large (although the shower was still microscopic for some reason), wifi was good and there was lots of closet space.

The bed was really comfortable and the room was spacious. The furniture was quite worn out and the room equipment was below the expected level. Overall this hotel got stuck in the past a bit. Was ok, but I hoped for more :)

We had a fabulous suite with massive outside deck on the first floor over thr lobby entrance. I have been in perhaps a 1000 rooms in the last 50 years and this room could be the best. Hotel was just totally renovated

Excellent Hotel in City Center
The hotel is in a great location, just a few minutes walk from the Old Town. There are plenty of great bars and restaurants right around the hotel. Check-in was swift and friendly and the room was small but well managed. The bed was very comfortable, WIFI worked well, and the bathroom was really nice. Shower pressure was very strong. The breakfast was included in my room rate and had a nice range of hot and cold dishes. In terms of location, comfort, and service, this hotel is tough to beat.
