Allerdings haben wir auch Punkte festgestellt, die nicht so toll sind. Die Mülltrennung könnte bereits in der Wohnung beginnen bzw. durch verschiedene Sammelsäcke unterstützt werden. Durch die Ausrichtung der Wohnung gegen Westen, heizte sich diese Nachmittags stark auf. Außenrollos könnten Abhilfe schaffen. Im Bad war manchmal starker Abwassergeruch über den Gully in der Dusche festzustellen.
