Shower curtain had two huge stains, wall in bathroom was filthy, tub wouldn’t drain, bed and pillows were very poor quality and on two of the days there was construction with very loud noises and no alert or explanation to guests. I won’t stay there next time I go visit my son at TT.

Staff was amazing, especially the breakfast attendants. The breakfast was hot and tasty every day. Even though my brand new truck got keyed in the parking lot I'll still be booking here for my work trips because every employee was outstanding and caring.

The staff is the only thing I can recommend about this place. We arrived for our reservation at 4:45 and were told we would have to wait 30 minutes for house keeping to clean the room. So we waited. We finally got our key and went up but they were still in our room. When we got into the room, it looked ok. The sheets were clean and the towels were freshly laundered, which was good. The tiles in the bathroom were loose when you walked on them, the grout was all broken and/or missing, the sink, shower and floor were not clean. There was zero water pressure and a terrible shower head. Again, we had clean sheets and towels so we had a place to sleep after our event. Would not stay there again unless we were desperate.

Heater would not stop running. It was so hot in the room and my choices were to keep it off or to run it all the time No soap and no shampoo When we turned off the heater I weird stale smell appeared

The bed was very comfortable, loved it. The soap, shampoos & lotions were all great quality. The AC/heater unit was extremely loud, the noise kept waking me up, not good when you are trying to sleep after a long flight. Vacuuming and wiping down needed more attention. Overall it was a good stay. I'll stay at Staybridge again if ever in town.

Place was dirty and unkept. It's a pet friendly place and threaten our family with calling animal control because our small dog was barking. Horrible place! Noisy because of traffic and close proximity to dinning and lobby. Room was unkept and towels were dirty. Would not recommend this place to anyone.

Very close to Texas Tech, easy in and out of parking. Beds comfortable, rooms clean, only problem during our visit was elevator not working when we arrived but repaired shortly. Breakfast had good variety of options

We had to be down sized to a queen bed, said hotels.com would have to fix it. Staff was more than excellent, very helpful, more than polite. Some of the best staff I have ever experienced. Brandon was more than exceptional, went out of his way to help and fix any problems. If he's not in management he more than for sure should be.

Decent place to stay …
Booked the room a few days early and still was not able to check in at their check-in time. Rooms were not ready so we had to sit in the lobby for an extra 30- 40 minutes. Restrooms could use a little updating, other than that this place is not so bad. Free breakfast was a positive, good selection of food to choose from.

We were there three days and didn’t see housekeeping once. We had to get fresh towels from the front desk. We had to have the front desk empty the trash and the air conditioner leaked in the room, soaking the floor, we told them on the first day and it was never taken care of. The tub barely drained and stopped draining on the last day so I had to take out all the hair in the drain myself. It looked like it hadn’t been emptied in years. Horrible stay. They refunded us $30 per night, only.

Horrible experience! I booked this hotel a month in advance. When i arrived was told the hotel was overbooked and they moved me to Embassy Suites. I wanted to stay at Staybridge as it was very near the university. I called twice to say I was going to check in late in evening but still did not have a room for me.
