Even though I paid in advance to Expedia and Expedia gave me the confirmation, this XXcking hotel refused to give me the room.. I have never experienced like this before..Surely I have filed the claim to Expedia, and Expedia still could not confirm to reimburse to me.. Expedia said that this hotel did not answer to Expedia.. What a lousy process!!!!
This hotel does not seem to care any.. They may just take the money from Expedia which is my money..
Whatever, Expedia should reimburse to me as soon as possible.. What a XXcking experience from the hotel and Expedia!!!
