Beautiful scenery, beaches and pools loved it

Wonderful landscape, end the sauna, bike rides, food fantastic. Even loved the shops. Will plan my next vacation there.

It's okay, it's just a place to sleep

It's not that great. No beach. You hVe to drive to the beach. Some of the pools floors are ruff . And the food is over priced

There is a complimentary shuttle to one of the most beautiful beaches in the Caribbean, Pigeon Point, and there are a few guest that venture on the beaches at the resort. Most persons love the pool and rave about the size and healthiness. as for the food, the Magdalena Grand is well known for its quality of food in all areas and the full buffet breakfast is included in the room rate. The rooms are nice. Room service is a bit slow and the breakfast area is a bit busy on Weekends

Excellent hotel but the beach was very rough. The staff were very nice and helpful. The food was excellent.

We had an excellent time here. The view was breathtaking and the service from the staff was magnificent. We plan on returning soon for a longer stay!

The air conditioning does not work in any room!

We arrived from a long trip and, surprisingly, the air conditioning did not work in the room and asked for a different room, and after trying three different rooms, the hotel guys, just told all the rooms are in the same conditions that have problems with the air conditioning. It was impossible for me to sleep with the heat and humidity conditions. This hotel is not in a good condition.

My moments in Tobago

Enjoyed scenery, sunny weather n friendliness of staff. Although air conditioning wasn't working at the time the hotel was very accommodating ensuring our stay was pleasant n willing to reimburse us for the inconvenience. The Hotel manager Hollis , who dealt with our situation with sensitivity , Kids Club staff who took care of our kids , Floyd From Robinson Crusade who entertained us n Bar staff working outside the restaurant who served us with a smile on her face. Thank you all for helping make our holiday a pleasant a memorable one.

I hv seen better service shuts off at 10 so if ur hungry or need room service after that time that no place for u . Make sure u hv everything u need before that time

At the Breakfast buffet there is no sign indicating "Please wait to be Seated" so my family and I (four of us including two young kids) joined the line to get our breakfast thinking we will find a seat, there we were with our breakfast in our hands looking around for a seat. We pleasantly mentioned to the supervisor that we didn't know we had to "wait to be seated", she continued about her business, after eventually getting a seat the staff seem very unwilling to serve us. This was very upsetting since its the start of your Day.
