This hotel is within easy walking of the old Quebec City shopping district. The valet parking was easy and affordable. The hotel is very clean and the room was well appointed, large and very comfortable. The on site restaurant provided good food. We would certainly stay here again.
The Hotel Royal William was a very nice hotel to stay at. It was a short taxi ride to Old Quebec City and there was also plenty to see and do locally as well. The Hotel Rooms were nicely appointed and very modern and clean. The beds were very comfortable and overall the hotel was very nice at an affordable rate. I would stay here again when visiting Quebec City.
Greal location, walking distance from Train station, cab ride from Airport. Great view of the old city, nice Church next door. Service desk wasn't great at check in but they did give me a great room. Service likely will improve because staff seemed to be new. Staff as good attitude. Work out area and pool are also good for a day's workout. Definitely 4 Star hotel for great price.
The hotel looks very dated. Our room did not have a bathroom (some rooms do have their own bathrooms though). Having said that the stuff was very nice, the room and the hotel was clean, the location is unbeatable, breakfast was good and the price was reasonable. This is good choice for travelers on a budget looking to stay short walking distance from Old Quebec.

Closer to rent by owner type facility... super clean very spacious, felt like i was resting a home for a day. Wish I were able to stay longer but was fully booked... and only available for one day. Almost self-managing... u will get tons of email how to access to hotel and everything. Someone was there, but not to greet us but to test me what the apartment number was (???). And then never seen anyone after... location is very close to good restaurants and grocery is nearby as well... so every meal would be a hard decision, to cook or eat out... all was very pleasant. I liked it a lot.
Lower Town, a neighborhood in Old Quebec, is the earliest site of French civilization in North America. The major streets are St-Pierre, Dalhousie, St-Paul, and, St-André. The narrow streets of Quartier du Petit-Champlain, featuring Maison Chevalier, and rue du Petit-Champlain, a pedestrian-only street lined with cafes and shops are popular with visitors.
