Room broken into
Average business hotel, however during my stay my room was broken into and laptop, bag etc stolen. Hotel took no accountability and didn't even offer to change my room key card. The fridge also didn't work in mine or my colleagues rooms. We stayed elsewhere for the rest of our 2 months in the area

Es ist ein sehr komfortables Hotel. Es befindet sich im Keller ein großzügiger Pool und 2 Saunen mit Fitnessbereich. Das Frühstück ist reichhaltig. Die Zimmer sind komfortabel und vor ein paar Jahren renoviert worden. In der Nähe befindet sich das Einkaufszentrum "Rheinpark Center". Die Straßenbahnhaltestelle "Neuss Reinparkcenter Süd" und die S-Bahnstation "Neuss Rheiparkcenter" sind ca. 8-10 Minuten zu Fuß entfernt. Teilweise ist es im Hotel im Bereich der Bar sehr belebt und laut, insbesondere wenn Kongresse oder Meetings im eigenen Kongresscenter abgehalten werden. Es sind tendenziell mehr Geschäftsreisende als Individualreisende im Hotel.

A/C was a problem, I changed room as well but AC was not working and a person in the night said that the property has a problem with A/C - you don't expect it from a high end hotel - however staff is great and they try to manage but this thing is not in their hand

The worst customer service ever! Firstly, the receptionist checked me into a totally different room to the one I booked and paid for. I had to come back downstairs after a long flight to complain - subsequently my room was changed to the right room with no apologies at all! Then the room had no water. After complaining, room service brought two bottles of sparking water up. At about 2am, I was thirsty then tried to drink some water only to find out I was given sparking water and not still. I went to the receptionist who kept talking over me and telling me the hotel doesn’t have free still water and I had to pay for water. Eventually, he gave me a bottle - his reason was because I came downstairs . What a sham of a hotel!! Never again!!! Burger and chips cost 40 euros including a tray charge - the burger was disgusting and the chips cold ! Stay away from this hotel for your sanity!!!

Our room AC did not work for our visit, last night we got to change rooms but took a few tries. Breakfast was great!

They will not offered expensive buffet choices for a meal and since the hotel is located in the middle of nowhere we felt trapped

Unfortunate
Unfortunately the hotel changed not like before!! With the new management!! When I checked in they given us a room and the refrigerator was not working. Then they changed the room. Then there is no A\C the was lots of bugs when I entered the room as it was dirty too. That’s why I asked them to come and check and to clean.
