We were upgraded upon arrival. The bed was super comfortable. Shower was amazing. Attention to detail was incredible and had everything needed for a great nights stay. Host was very welcoming as well.

What a great discovery West View was. Had to arrive very late but Richard had kindly waited up to greet me. Perfect room. Clean, quiet and everything necessary for a lovely stay

Very nice B&B in quiet village location
Very good accommodation. Comfortable and clean bedroom. Great breakfast. Richard and Judith were great hosts. Overall hard to better. Must mention "The Splash" a great pub not far away.

Quick Business Stop-over
Gracious hosts, lovely comfy room and bed, fantastic breakfast, and great site with lots to recommend, though I didn't get much chance to see around the area. Would be good to go back when not on a business trip. Good wi-fi reception, but no phone signal on my phone ... different companies may have different results. A short but lovely stay and I would certainly recommend West View.

lovely place. Very welcoming
Thought we had booked B and B but arrived to find it was self catering. However very pleased with accommodation. Judith kindly cooked us a breakfast on the first morning which was delicious. Had lovely stay. Richard and Judith very welcoming. Lovely beaches about 12 miles away. Nearest town very pleasant. Great countryside also.

We stayed in cottage 2 which met our needs just fine. The cottage is well equipped with all you'd need for a short stay, including plenty of cooking and food prep equipment. It was handy having a bath/shower combo not just one or the other. The cottage had one double bed and two singles both of which were comfy enough and great they did not have foot boards as being tall there's nothing worse than not being able to stretch out ! More than enough wardrobe space. The location of the property down a quiet lane is nice, ample parking. Our view looked out over the shared courtyard onto the garden/field where the caravans also staying there are situated. The outside area is all nicely maintained. All in all a pleasant stay and we hope to be back in the future.

Lovely environment and beautiful location
We booked a cottage. And we were more than happy. Great value for money and exceeded our expectations. Richard and Judith made a point of saying hello and welcomed us. We ranged out to Louth, Mabelthorpe and Skegness as West Veiw is an ideal location. Fantastic cottage and we hope to visit again

A lovely place to stay
We stayed in 'cuckoo' for three nights over Christmas and cannot fault any aspect of the accommodation or the welcome from the property owners. The property was spotless, fully equipped for self catering use and in an ideal location to explore Lincolnshire.

Starry starry night
I stayed here for my Uncle's 100th birthday celebrations. Everything was perfect from the friendly welcome, the comfortable room to the fantastic breakfast. The rural location also meant I could see a wonderful starry night -a rarity for a city dweller! Peaceful yet within 10 minutes of the local market town of Louth. Highly recommended.

Home from home
A peaceful idyllic location, cottages are in good condition and well fitted out for self catering purposes. Close to Louth and all associated amenities, not to far from the seaside either, an excellent base for walking or visiting holidays in the area.

Perfect Stay
Everything about our two night stay at West View was perfect. The hosts are very good at their job and you can tell that they enjoy what they do as it reflects in the quality of your stay. Perfectly clean and comfortable nights sleep in a very nice room, (Little Owl ) I have to say that the quality of the breakfast was very high. We will return when next in the area.

The bungalow is cosy and reasonably well-equipped. The bed is really comfortable, having a good-quality memory-foam mattress. it is difficult to obtain a phone signal though, so a trip across the garden is necessary, which was a nuisance as I had lots of calls to make. Other than that, the location is peaceful and calming.

Lovely place, sat nav got up straight there. Good access to Cadwell Park. Nice extras in the room like chocolate biscuits. Lovely staff, the home made jam was fab.

We were greeted even though early with a wonderful afternoon Tea of freshly baked scones with homemade Strawberry jam The room was spacious and spotlessly clean, with lots of special little little extras and the Breakfasts are just the best, making the whole stay special

Flott sted om du skal til Cadwell park
Vi skulle se superbikes på Cadwell park. Dette stedet ligger ca 15 minutter lett kjøring unna. Leiligheten var ren og praktisk. Sengene var spesielt gode. Wifi fungerer dårlig, og med dårlig mobildekning på landsbygda var det ikke noe greit. Vertskapet er mutte og virker ikke spesielt hyggelige, men de kan ha hatt en dårlig dag. Det har vi jo alle noen ganger. Så dem uansett bare innsjekkingsdagen. Et par andre poitive ting var gratis vaskemaskin, mulighet for å røyke inne på vaskerommet når det regner.
