Gem of a place
Anna is a great host. Welcoming, funny friendly lady. Rooms are great and very comfortable. We slept great and Anna is very accommodating. Are stay was a little to brief but we plan to stay later in the year. Highly recommended.

Very friendly, great breakfast and very helpful. All that you would want in a good B&B. Great pub close by with good atmosphere and good food. Would definitely stay there again.

Anna's place was perfect for our needs. 10 minutes to the airport. Easy walking distance to the main street of Swords. Great spot for our last night in Ireland.

The owner was friendly and efficient on check-in. The property is very close to the airport which made our early departure easy. There is a great deal of street noise and hot water in the shower was a challenge.

This is a quaint B&B hosted by a charming couple's home. The breakfast was cooked to order and they offered a variety of cereals and yogurt as well. The afternoon of our arrival, they recommended a restaurant that was aq short walk from the house; it was one of the best dinners we had in Ireland. The main reason we chose this B&B is its proximity to Dublin Airport to fly home.

Stayed one night on arriving in Ireland pre-tour. 12 mins from DUB in a 15 Euro taxi ride. A real find with clean cosy ensuite room, great bedding, pretty garden, big breakfast (including good drip coffee & best yogurt I’ve ever had) short walk to fabulous dinner at the Old Schoolhouse, But best part of B&B was the delightful Anna - hostess extraordinaire. Helpful, charming, bright and lively. Could’ve stayed longer just to hang with this wonderful introduction to the Irish people.

We only spent a quick nite before heading to Dublin to fly out. It was just perfect for us though. Close to the motorway and just a small drive to the airport. I would recommend this place highly.

Overall disappointed.
A decent location with a friendly host, however it was the worst sleep of our 10 day trip. There was a series of 4-5 beeps that occurred every few minutes ALL NIGHT. Im not sure whether it was a dying smoke detector, or some form of alarm, but it made sleeping very difficult. In a hotel i would call reception, but here I had no idea how to contact anyone about it. In the morning we left early too so I didnt have the chance to ask the host about it.

One of the best!
The place was very clean, friendly and well decorated. The breakfast was superb. My car battery died and Mike gave my car a jump so I could get moving. This place is walking distance to the castle and to shopping. I would highly recommend it!
