The property has all features for a family stay. Microwave and cooking facility. The Bathroom was not maintained well. Knobs did not work and no hooks to hang towels.

Villa mariale is perfect for exploring all that Lourdes has to offer in easy walking distances to everything. We really enjoyed our stay here and will be returning next year with friends. The room was clean the staff were very friendly and helpful. Giving us all the information we asked for.

Use to be nice hotel near to the grotto.
Stay here over 10 years ago, I afraid it's dated and old now. Parking is reasonably for 7 euro per day. Location is good.

The apartment was spacious and walking distance to the sanctuary. The front desk was helpful in arranging our pick up to the train station. The wifi connection is slow at times. There was no dishwashing soap provided.

great Location. super tight bathroom
Overall a good stay. Location was excellent being so close to St. Peter's Square. Free b-fast at a nearby restaurant although nothing worth mentioning. The bathroom was newly remodelled BUT the shower was super tight. I am 6ft tall and medium built but could not bend due as the shower cubicle was to narrow

The room we stayed in wasn't very clean, the cups and utencils were dirty, the cups themselves were big enough to hold 50ml of liquid. The bed was a pull out couch, and our room looked into the back where the rubbish bins get collected at 6am. Wouldn't recommend staying here, especially if it's more than one night.

Friendly and Helpful staff
Staff were very helpful and friendly. Hotel was basic but roomy - we had a twin but there was a separate living/dining/kitchen area so you could bring back food. There was a supermarket located a few feet from the hotel entrance. Central location. We had AC however it was not working well in the hall way and the other rooms of our friends who came with us - which I would say was the only complaint that I have. Still would recommend this hotel.

Great for families
Ideal accommodation for a family of 4. Comfortable rooms and it is possible to prepare own meals which saves a lot of money. Lovely rooftop terrace for eating/reading etc. Also good parking and near to grotto.

nice place, but late chck-in...
very nice place, good condition of rooms,in the center of town, close to atractions, but late arival is not that perfect. we didn't know how to get in, as the reception was closed and we didn't have any instraction before arival what to do.

L'accueil s'est bien passé. Les chambres étaient assez spacieuse pour une famille de 5. Petit bémol sur la salle de bain qui est un peu petit.

Personnel accueillant et à l’écoute. Séjour correct. Des efforts à faire sur le confort des lits : canapés lits non confortables et climatisation à revoir. PDJ cher et non à la hauteur du prix.

L'hotel est tres bien situé. Acces facile avec plein de restaurant et d'autres divertissement. Accueille chaleureux. Mais ma chambre sentait la cigarette alors que je n'ai jamais fumé de ma vie. Les couvertures delavées et vieilles.

Une bonne adresse
nous avons été très bien accueillis. le personnel de l'accueil répondant rapidement à nos petites demandes (ampoule grillée par exemple). nous avons même été surclassé. L'endroit est calme. La literie était confortable et propre. l'état du frigo (manque porte freezer, givre ++) et de la place de cuisson laissaient à désirer.

On a venir plusieurs familles en groupe c'est très recommandable. Mais juste le niveau de lit canapé c'est pas du tout le confortable. Rester ça c'est très très bonne expérience. Terrasse on a bien profité ensemble. C'est la deuxième visite je peux recommander pour les autres aussi. c'est une très bonne hôtel.

Nous sommes une famille de 3 adultes et 3 enfants. Premier contact à la réception très accueillant. On était arrivé très en avance et ils ont tout fait pour nous libérer les chambres. Mais on nous a mis dans des chambres PMR que l'on n'avait pas demandé. Et là on a pu voir l'autre facette de la réceptionniste. Obligé de lui demander de me parler autrement. Nous avions 2 chambres identiques. Une correcte, l'autre abominable. Canapé en tissu très sale, pour être correct. Climatisation défaillante voire HS, frigo qui fonctionne à peine, telecommande de TV hs. L'hôtel est en rénovation, tant mieux, il en a bien besoin. On vient tout les ans à Lourdes, et on a voulu essayer d'autres apparthotels. Très déçu. Pour le même prix, on trouve beaucoup mieux et mieux placé. Bref fuyez.

Studio fonctionnel en centre ville.
Excellent séjour à la Villa Mariale : très bien situé en centre ville, à quelques minutes à pieds du sanctuaire. Studio confortable et propre. Mais surtout, une mention spéciale pour la gentillesse de la dame à la réception! une personne agréable, toujours disponible, et très gentille. Un super accueil, je recommande!
