Staff are very kind and accommodating, and it was great that we could speak English with some staff. Rooms were clean and well kept. Great location for quickly accessing shops, restaurants and the Sanctuary, all within a 10 minute walk. Only downside - very small bathroom that was somewhat difficult to manoeuvre in at times. But, it has everything you need and got the job done!

It was okay for the prize. Very friendly and helpful service. Well located in town but difficult to access with car.

If you are claustrophobic this may not be the hotel for you. It has a feel of an escape room. But if you just want a place to stay with helpful and friendly staff and a compromise between distance from the train station, castle, shops, and shrine this is good central location. On my return trip I will not likely go back. I will consider paying 20% to 30% at another hotel.

Friendly and welcoming
Food value, centrally located hotel. Basic but with all you need for a one or two night stay. Very friendly and helpful staff and couldn't be more conveniently located, being no more than 10 minutes walk away from Le Grotto and The sanctuary. With many restaurants and bars in the surrounding streets, you are spoilt for choice if you choose not to take up the dining options within the hotel, which are simple, cheap and looked yummy! Enjoy Lourdes, even if you are not of a religious nature, like us, it us a truly fascinating town and we'll worth a visit.

Family run hotel close to station and shrine
Stayed for 2 days, half-board. The owner was very approachable and went the extra mile for the client, nothing was too much trouble. I left at 6 am on the second day and he had provided a thermos with hot water, fresh milk and a croissant so I could have breakfast before I caught an early train.

Good location. Basic Room.
The hotel is well located. The staff are helpful and kind. The room I had was very small and basic but suited my needs. Nonetheless I would probably look for an alternative hotel should I return to Lourdes, but I would still consider La Fontaine if I couldn't find a well-priced alternative.

Struttura vecchia con pavimenti nelle stanze in legno per cui si sente il legno scricchiolare nel camminare delle stanze accanto e sopra. Stanza ok doccia piccolina, manuntenzione della stanza da rivedere! moquette consunta. Nuova gestori da settembre 2o22, molto cordiali e molto disponibili e gentili questo compensa . . TV a pagamento euro 5,00 al giorno, piccola colazione pane burro marmellata 1 croissant euro 6,50 buona posizione vicina al Santuario 10 min a piedi con i prezzi che corrono a Lourdes Buon rapporto qualità prezzo

Adresse à recommander à Lourdes
Rapport qualité/prix imbattable. Très bien situé dans Lourdes. Accueil d'une très grande qualité. Le patron de cet établissement est vraiment à l'écoute de ses clients et pleins de bons tuyaux pour agrémenter le séjour. Je recommande vivement cette adresse.

Cet hôtel mignon et les propriétaires étaient vraiment sympas! Un séjour très agréable. L'hôtel se trouve bien, au centre ville et très proche du quartier religieux. La chambre était agréable et propre l'homme à l'acceuil est très gentille :) Merci beaucoup! This cute hotel and the owners were really nice! A very lovely stay. The hotel is very well located, at the town centre and very close to the religious part of town. The room was nice and clean and the man at the reception was very kind and friendly! Je suis très satisfait de mon court séjour dans cet hôtel. Le personnel était très très aimable et accueillant. Toujours prêt à me renseigner et ils prenaient le temps pour moi. La chambre était petite mais très calme, confortable et jolie. Merci beaucoup!
