### Villa Bonsal, Prime location by luxury golf course

Summary:  
Villa Bonsal is a semi detached four bedroom villa located in a prime position between the luxury golfing resorts of Vale Do Lobo and Quinta Do Lago, only a few minutes drive away is the wonderful local sand dune beaches, excellent local restaurants and exclusive shopping centres that the area has to offer.  
  
The Space:  
Villa Bonsal is furnished to a high standard throughout with an attractive modern interior. Inside the villa is a comfortable homely atmosphere which created by the exquisite furnishing in relaxing pastel shades. Villa Bonsal consists of a comfy lounge area which has large sofas that enclose the centre piece fireplace, a modern well equipped kitchen, spacious dining room with access to a courtyard and roof terrace. On the ground floor of the villa is one comfy twin bedroom and a bathroom. On the first floor is another twin bedroom with an en-suite. The family sized swimming pool is at the front of the house with a patio. Villa Bonsal has a basement with wicker chairs and a table making a lovely seating area also in the basement is another twin bedroom and a shower room. Air conditioning is throughout the lounge dining room and bedroom.  
  
Outside at the front of the villa is the patio area with the family sized swimming pool and barbecue area. This is the perfect place to enjoy the Portuguese sun!   
  
Pool size: 1.00m / 1.80m / 2.10m  
  
The Neighborhood:  
One of the oldest holiday resorts in Portugal, Vale Do Lobo has evolved into a popular, thriving resort that is suitable for the whole family. Loved for its laid-back atmosphere, natural beauty and excellent holiday accommodation, Vale Do Lobo will not disappoint.  
  
Vale do Lobo offers a selection of shops and boutiques located in the Parque do Golfe and in the beachfront Praça, to complement the resort lifestyle. The Praca is the ideal place to spend with family and friends, with its varied selection of bars and restaurants, and to enjoy the swimming pools, live music, shops, and children’s entertainment.  
  
Boasting a 2 Kilometre golden sandy beach, backdrop of stunning mountains, and world-class golf courses, there is no doubt Vale do Lobo is the place to return, for visitors year after year.  
  
Other Things to Note:  
There are building works taking place within the immediate area that will continue into 2024.  
  
Please note, there is a security deposit payable before travel of £500\. (fully refundable of course subject to no damage).
