Prime location: Luxury, private 5 bedroom 6 bathroom villa in Old Village neighborhood. Close to bars and restaurant at the famous Old Village, and walking distance to the marina and nightlife. On the ground floor is the spacious living room fully air conditioned and dining area for 8 people. Access to the covered terrace area with outdoor furniture to the garden and swimming pool. The living room with the kitchen in "open space" style with island was designed to provide guests with moments of conviviality. It consists of a chaise-longue sofa, Flat screen TV with Sky Sports, general channels from different countries (English, French, Spanish, Russian, Portuguese). High-speed fiber broadband and WiFi (250Mbps Fibre connection and totally unlimited traffic). The dining space consists of a square table and 8 chairs. Fully fitted open space kitchen with Nespresso coffee machine. There is also 1 bedroom with twin beds and en suite shower, air conditioning. Separate toilet. On the first floor of the villa there are the other 3 bedrooms: Bedroom 2: Double bed and en suite shower, balcony with small garden, air conditioning. Bedroom 3: Double bed and en suite shower, safe, balcony with pool view, air conditioning. Bedroom 4: Twin beds and en suite shower, balcony with pool view, air conditioning. The lower level has TV room with sofa, Playstation, table tennis, games table and mini bar. The 5th and 6th bedroom is also on the lower level. Bedroom 5: Twin beds and en suite shower Bathroom with shower Separate toilet. Surrounding the villa are a large salt water swimming pool (13m x 4m) with 140cm depth and access by roman steps with monitor water quality, poolside shower, deck floor, 8 sun loungers and large sun umbrella. Outside Jacuzzi will be available in 2023 Pool heating is available at an extra cost of EUR 360 per week. Covered patio with a set of sofas, dining table for 8 people and charcoal BBQ. Features central alarm system inside, electric shutters and solar panels. Distances: Marina (800m); Beach (1km); Supermarket (0,5km); Airport (25km); Train station (7km). Damage deposit: 1000€ On the departure day the property needs to be tidy before the inspection by the Keyholder. The following items needs to be checked: Barbecue/oven if used needs to be cleaned or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. Dishes & pantry items need to be washed or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. No garbage in the property or a penalty of 20 euros will be charged from the security deposit. The occupancy of the accommodation on the day of entry (check in time) will be between 4 pm and 6 pm. Any changes to the previously stated times must always be informed and agreed in writing. There is an extra charge for Meet & Greet after 1800.
