To guarantee a late check-out, the following night would need to be booked. Additionally, the building is in an up-and-coming neighborhood, which means there are areas still under development, and you may occasionally encounter homeless individuals. We recommend staying mindful, as you would in any area. The parking lot behind the building is free and controlled by the city; however, it may be considered poorly lit. Yes, the neighborhood might be developing but wasn’t a problem. The location is close enough to anything I wanted to do but also not in the hustle and bustle of the city. The loft was very clean and had everything you needed for a one night or extended stay.
