Ms Amy was very welcoming. Do keep in mind people that stay there typically are staying there cause they are working out of town like myself so if you’re 3rd shift I would not recommend the 1st floor. Ms Amy will so ahh be ice and beyond to make sure you’re accommodated.

The bed was very uncomfortable, my back is in bad shape could not get comfortable at all. Besides that though I love that it's the only hotel in Louisville where you can smoke and you don't have to have a deposit to stay here. Definitely the best hotel to stay at for the low price

There was space for only one vehicle, when entering the parking lot. Key Cards would lose programing. One night, someone pulled Fire Alarm. Strobe Lights & Siren sounded. Al occupants came to lobby until Fire Department cleared the building. Disliked TV provider.

Overall Okay
When they say this is a no-frills hotel, they mean it. The kitchenette came with no dishes (you can buy these at the desk, though). My room did not have any pillowcases or towels. There was zero decor. My bed came with two small sheet like blankets (and the bed was one of the most uncomfortable that ive slept on). There is one bar of hand soap in the bathroom. HOWEVER, it is honestly perfect for a 1-3 night stay. I felt very safe as a solo woman as there is a door that requires a key card to enter. The hotel itself was very quiet. I heard a door open occasionally, and that was the most noise I heard. The front desk staff were extremely friendly. The hotel is CLEAN!!! One of the cleanest I've stayed in. I really enjoyed my stay. Other than the room just lacking, it was perfect for a nights sleep.

Horrible…filthy…roaches.
It was horrible. I should have left as soon as I walked through the front doors, but I checked in anyway. Got to my room and as soon as I turned on the lights, roaches started scurrying everywhere. I took a photo and promptly left. Now I’m trying to get my money back since I had to go find another hotel at 10:00 at night.

There was a lot of noise. The floors were wood--not carpeted--and there was a lot of noise from rooms above. There was no one at check in or check out. There was no place to sit and read in the room. Television did not work.

Love this hotel
We always enjoy our stay at Woodspring. Check in is always easy and quick. Desk clerk is friendly and polite. Room is very clean, looks nice and smells fresh.

Noisy, Hotel will not remove noisy Tenants
Stayed here for Bourbon and Beyond 2023. The price was great, rooms were very basic (beds are a little uncomfortable but again at the price point was okay), but very clean - about what I expected for the price, however the hotel *WILL NOT REMOVE NOISY TENANTS* if you have a noise complaint, so keep this in mind. Apparently some work crews stay at this hotel and we had multiple issues with other patrons from that work crew blaring music in the parking lot hanging out drinking outside our window as late as past 11pm - so loud that we could not sleep. We notified the front desk, who told them they needed to turn it down (as I also asked them myself). Continued to have the problem, and it seemed nothing was being done. I would have expected the hotel to kick them out as multiple people were complaining. However, we wound up having to call non-emergency ourselves (the security lady told us we could call, not sure why she didn't call herself and have them removed) to get anything done to resolve our problem, who came out and escorted them. A little upset that the hotel did not kick these individuals out and that we had to keep dealing with this. I would not stay here again based on the noise level alone. Regardless of price point - a hotel should remove noisy tenants. Unfortunate, because the hotel was decent for what we paid otherwise. If you have children, I do not recommend you stay at this hotel either due to the noise and people hanging out in the parking lot at all hours.

A great clean place
The place was so clean but the plumbing could be better in the suite we had new coffee maker, no cops, and nothing to make up coffee where we had a microwave and a full-size refrigerator but like I said, no dishes, no patch no plates nothing but they do have a cups and plates that you do have to buy and the front desk which Innoway it’s not fair but overall the place was good the price
