It was stocked with the amenities that were listed and nice to have both a coffee pot and keurig. If you are going to Churchhill Downs it’s definitely the place to stay otherwise it’s not in a great location for exploring Louisville unless you are driving. Our party was hoping to walk for dinner and night life but there wasn’t anything close which I was told when I had inquired prior to booking. That being said we persevered and ended up driving and ubering for the four days. Incredibly convenient to Churchill Downs and the Expo Center. It’s basically 2 properties combined into one…upstairs and downstairs units each have 2 bedrooms, 2 full bathrooms and a kitchen.
