We tried texting over and over through the app, but apparently, it was not going through. Some of our concerns were, No hot water (warm only) no Iron, No washer as advertised, we had problems with the TV in the room without a door, parking pass did not work (I got a ticket for not moving vehicle in time) was not given instructions on where to take the trash so we put it in trash next to the building.
