Though not connected, they are adjacent to one another, with each featuring its own living space and bathroom(s). This cozy apartment is suitable for a family, group of friends, or business travelers. It has all of the amenities necessary to enjoy your stay. Contemporary galleries stay open late for the monthly First Friday Hop street party, with art shows, live music, shopping and street food. Getting Around: The building is a simple on-off the highways. For local excursions, hop on the LouLift – a free, electric bus fleet with onboard wifi that services 4th Street, downtown shopping district, and beyond. Uber and Lyft are never far. For the bold, we encourage the use of the dockless scooters! Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Note that all guests are required to submit a $150 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $35.00 non-refundable damage waiver. Easy drive to Churchill Downs and the downtown area. Units are a little sparsely furnished and could use more towels. The check in process could use a little work. Instructions need to be clearer in advance. Communication with the manager was EXCELLENT and we did enjoy our stay. We would certainly stay again if we were in town. ##### John R.
