Nice neighborhood, especially in April with dog woods and redbuds in bloom. Great restaurants within a short driving distance. Churchill downs is about a 20\~30 minute drive. Great deck in the back. This year we chose Louisville, KY. In a short three days we played three rounds of golf, did six distillery tours and enjoyed several of the local restaurants. Went down to Fourth Street to enjoy live music and mechanical bull riding. The location made it very easy to accomplish all we wanted to create an unforgettable experience!
