Beautiful historic home in Old Louisville built many years ago has been carefully and recently renovated to be a modern charmer. Our home was fully renovated and outfitted beautifully with historic local pieces as well as all new appliances and furniture. At over 2,000 square feet with 4 bedrooms and 2 full bathrooms, our home is the perfect place for your group during your stay in Louisville! It’s no fun visiting a city with friends and/or family only to find yourselves broken up between hotel rooms or smaller rental houses. Don’t be a tourist and spend more money than needed. Your group will feel like locals in this large home that is centrally located. Our home gives you and your group the opportunity to not only be together, but save money! Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood has an urban feel and is diverse and growing. There are a lot of Historic buildings as most the neighborhood was built around the 1900's. While many buildings and houses have been renovated and look almost new, some need work or are in the process of a major renovation. At the center of the neighborhood is a park named after Kentucky's first governor, Isaac Shelby. The park, Shelby Park, is directly behind the house. A cool cobblestone alley separates the park from the backyard of the house. The park has tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a splash park, and a half mile long running/walking track. Other Things to Note: Please know that all CozySuites properties are smoke-free environments. Smoking, of any kind, is not permitted within or outside of our suites, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Please know that any sign of smoking is a violation of our stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination and recovery fees beginning at $500. Minimum age requirement of primary person booking should be: 1\. 22 years old for out of town guests 2\. 25 years old for local guests No weapons or drugs allowed; zero tolerance means police will be called for violating this rule. Noise policy: Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay. In addition, guests must agree to observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. The home is proactively monitored with decibel sensors for compliance with this noise policy. Long-term stays (30 days+): Long-term guests will be subject to a background search and credit check. Note that all guests are required to submit a $200 security hold on a credit card in case of incidentals that is released 3-5 days post check out or may choose a $39.99 non-refundable damage waiver.
