Very important as my daughter was playing a tournament and needed clean clothes. The washer and dryer was broken. The property owner never fixed during our stay. Claimed it would be looked at… it wasn’t. THEN told me multiple times we would be refunded 30% for inconvenience. MULTIPLE emails back and forth.
