Charged me $25 a night for parking which was not in my agreement. Elevators in the parking garage were not working. Had to go up and down the stairs for everything.

My friend and I picked this hotel for location and the parking garage. The stay was fine but his car got stolen from the parking garage. The general manager and his staff didn’t seem to care as if this happens all the time. And if it does happen a lot then maybe they should update the Parking garage.

Sleeps 4 meant a king bed and a child size pull out mattress from the couch. Thw pull out was extremely uncomfortable. The staff accommodated our request for another bed to be brought in to allow sleeping space for 4 adults. It was also not comfortable. Parking is not free.

The room could have been cleaner. There were hair clumps and fake nails on the pullout bed. Not a lot of food options inside the hotel. Parking was easy though.

This was one of the worst stays in all my years of travel. When I go to the room, I wondered why there were packs of ear plugs next to the bed. I thought the last guest left them there. NOPE!! From 8:00pm until I left at 4:45AM there was nothing, but motorcycle drag racing. It was like trying to sleep on an Indy track while the cars are racing. I will never stay at this hotel again!!!

Noise from the street made it hard to sleep. The did put ear plugs in the room to offset the noise, but can’t sleep with them in
