Bedroom Configuration: Bedroom 1: 2 single beds Bedroom 2: 1 queen bed Bedroom 3: 1 queen bed Bedroom 4: 1 queen bed Living/Common Area: 1 sofa bed Guest Access: Guests have access to the entire house. The Neighborhood: The neighborhood has an urban feel and is diverse and growing. There are a lot of Historic buildings as most the neighborhood was built around the 1900's. While many buildings and houses have been renovated and look almost new, some need work or are in the process of a major renovation. At the center of the neighborhood is a park named after Kentucky's first governor, Isaac Shelby. The park, Shelby Park, is about a five minute walk from the house. The park has tennis courts, basketball, a playground, a splash park, and a half mile long running/walking track. Other Things to Note: Security camera/recording device — Front - Facing entrance; camera is turned on 24/7 (no audio) and records people coming in/out of the listing. No smoking, parties Check-in 4 PM, check-out 11 AM ($75/hr late fee) $500 penalty for removing smoke detectors No outside guests without permission One towel per guest per stay Valid photo ID required to complete the booking Max 2pets (40lbs combined) No Pit Bulls Bull Mastiffs \[similar breed\] Additional $100-300 pet fee based on stay length, collected separately.
