Decent budget stay—you get what you pay for 👍
The highlight of this hostel is the staff; the check-in agent was incredibly friendly, approachable, and accommodating.
* Location: Not right in the heart of the center, but very accessible. It’s just a short walk to a bus stop that connects you directly to Temple Bar, etc.. Plus, a cheap airport bus stops only a few steps away.
* Room: I booked a 2-bed dorm. The bed was okay and served its purpose, but wasn't the most comfortable. The room can get noisy since it faces the street and sits near the common washroom (you'll hear people coming and going). Bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper! Also, the layout is a bit of a maze, and I kept getting lost finding my room.
* Facilities: The shared bathroom is clean with plenty of toilet/shower cubicles and sinks. Body wash/shampoo is provided, but towels may cost extra, so bring your own.
Verdict: The overall appearance is just okay. It is definitely not a fancy stay, but it is acceptable for the price. I would probably stay here again.

"The staff in the bar/restaurant were very friendly but seemed inexperienced. The bar did not have lemons to make cocktails. The room HVAC (Room 336) kept turning itself back to 22 degrees or OFF, waking us up in the middle of the night because it was hot and humid. Although we knew the room was small, ..."
