"Our host, Carol, was very helpful in making sure we had detailed directions for finding the home and how to enter the property. House is beautiful inside! We had 8 in our party, so we appreciated the 5 bedrooms and 5 1/2 baths. Kitchen was more than adequate. Beds were very comfortable. We appreciated being so close to the beach. Everything worked. Would definitely stay here again."

"I've stayed at several houses along the Oregon Coast & this one has hands down the best access to the beach as well as stunning panoramic view. Beach access is a short walk that includes a few stairs with a handrail. There is a clear line of sight from the deck to the beach which was a huge plus for our group of 3 families with kids. There are also two convenient rinsing off areas right before entering the house & plenty of hot water for showers! The house is huge with plenty of room to spread out & also to comfortably gather. The top floor of this home is amazing. From comfortable seating to amazing views, it is a little oasis. The daybed on this floor in the master bedroom is extremely comfortable, our son said it felt like "sleeping on the ocean" with windows/views of the ocean on 3 sides of him. The second floor has ample comfortable seating, more great views and a well equipped kitchen as well as a large fully contained deck our dogs loved hanging out on. Our group spent the majority of our time together on this floor. The pool table & shuffleboard in the garage were fantastic to have. For groups like ours: There is a large difference from the top floor master (large, bright stunning views!) to the 3 bedrooms on the second floor (smaller and next to each other) to the king bedroom in the basement (feels less nice) . Just something to be aware of when picking rooms/costs. The host was responsive and we had a fantastic time here!"

"Great location, clean house, very well appointed and equipped. It would have been nice to have a few kcups or some ground coffee for the first morning, especially for a rather remote location and later check in. Seems pretty standard at most vrbos these days, but this is a minor gripe! Would definitely stay here again"

"Excellent rental. Would absolutely stay again. Great kids room with bunk beds and lovely main living room. Beautiful views from the main level and even better from the upper bedroom. Neighborhood is low key with close beach access. They do have a warning to avoid having kids and dogs in yard unsupervised due to the cliff just beyond the sort of rickety fence so just good for people to be aware. There is a small yard area in the front of the house that is available as an alternative. Kitchen was very well stocked but we never did find a vegetable peeler which hosts may want to add. The location is great for spending time in Newport or anywhere on the central coast."

"The house had a fantastic view but had issues with the ID verification process. Had to spend 6 hours over 2 days trying to get through the process and figure out what the problem was. I was able to get through the process by going to a friend's house and use his internet to complete the process, that is not what I want to do leading into a vacation. The property was great and I had a great time. The only other issue I had there was a 10-digit access code. I have never seen that before. Not sure why. I guess for security. It was difficult inputting the number before it timed out. A 5-digit code is more than enough."
