Parking at the house. Shop, grocery 300 m, supermarket 180 m, restaurant, bar 90 m, bus stop "Tullochs Brae" 300 m, sandy beach "Lossiemouth Beach" 600 m. Marina 90 m, golf course (36 hole) 20 m, tennis 800 m. Nearby attractions: Moray Golf Club 100 m. The property sits on the edge of the sea, a mere stone throw away from the beach, you won't get any closer to the Moray Firth than, 'Waters Egde Scotland'. Come rain or shine you will never tire of this spectacular view.
