We went last year and staff was very friendly and made us feel at home. Not sure what happened one year to the next but the staff was very uptight and seemed much less happier . We also attended the fiesta and was taken advantage of by a third party vendor that charged us an additional $50 usd for a little wood carving.

Clean, comfortable, and spacious rooms. Beautiful beach access with an infinity pool. Close enough to Medano Beach, but far enough away for quiet relaxation when you want it.

The Good: This resort is small in size and well maintained. Compared to other I have been to in the area, it is quite peaceful and relaxing. There’s a small beach nearby that is easily accessed from the resort via a walkway and spiral staircase. If it’s a reasonably calm day, you cam snorkel in the water there and see a good variety of fish. During our visit in late February / early March we could see whales right from our room balcony. Bring binoculars. The staff are generally friendly and very accommodating here. There were a few solicitations for time share presentations, but not overly pushy. The room itself was very nice. We had an ocean view suite which came with a serviceable kitchen, fridge with ice maker and a small washer/dryer. The bed was comfortable and the A/C worked very well. The Not so Good: The one restaurant on the resort is expensive. I don’t feel the quality of the food in line with the high cost. We were admonished for bringing water in an insulated bottle to drink by the pool, being told that “the bar sells water”. This policy seems, well, blatantly greedy. For example, a “two for one drink special “ was over $300 pesos. No so special. The Bottom Line: I like this resort for its smaller size and its very nice pools and small accessible beach. If you are looking for a quieter place with beautiful views and well appointed rooms, you will like it here. The main drawback for us was the cost of food and drink.

The staff is great. We enjoyed the resorts weekday activities! The pool tables are a fun touch. We used the snorkel gear, my husband loved it. The views are amazing, the food and the drinks were delicious. The hotel food prices are US pricing. The room was huge! The only downside was asking the concierge for room service (cleaning). We were told at check in it's supposed to happen every other day. Our room was cleaned twice in the 8 days we stayed there and we had to request it to be cleaned the 7th day. The room phones also took forever to reach hotel employee's, not sure if they don't work or the staff is super busy. Otherwise everything was good. Would come back to this resort.

The location is magnificent! Our balcony overlooked the Pacific Ocean with a perfectly hung hammock! All the staff we met including restaurant and pool staff were wonderful!! Friendly warm and efficient. They made our stay a joy! Restaurant was good -especially breakfast buffet. Pool was lovely and clean Our unit however was very dated and could use a good scrubbing. I could not use ceiling fan because it was caked with dust! 😔

The most amazing view! We saw whales every day. The view from Sirena Del Mar is absolutely stunning. The entire place is immaculate. Great place if you're not into a crowded party scene. Easy to find chairs at the pools, swim up bar in big pool. Great customer service from the staff. In particular Jorge, Antonio, Angel, and Miguel were amazing. They know how to make sure you have a great time

Our stay was comfortable and pleasant, but some of the details could improve further. We were not familiar with the hotel concept. It seems to be a mix of full-service hotel and short-term apartment rental, which had its pros & cons. On the plus side, the overall areas and our room were clean and comfortable. Our room had a kitchen area that was fully equipped and the small living/dining area was spacious enough for us to comfortably use. The room was directly over the ocean-facing cliff, which we enjoyed from our balcony. A couple of details could improve: - Overall, it seemed to be understaffed, which lead to some delays (i.e. the doorman having to come and deliver our car because the valet team was carrying luggage to the rooms). - Special requests made for in-room dining were missed. - The "concierge" messaged me daily, but never replied to my messages and requests. - There is no room cleaning, which was one of the reasons for choosing a "hotel" over a short-term rental. - Internet in the room would often cut off.

Not many on site dining options and overpriced food is not the best quality and tast. you will need an uber to go to best local resstaurants. property itself sits on a cliff and views are amazing, Hayat recently tookover and in restoration process.

Woke up to a beautiful view of the ocean every morning . Room was spacious including a kitchen area with a fridge and cooker . Washing machine and dryer were also conveniently available in the room . Nice little dining area next to the kitchen . Staff were quick to meet all needs . Sylvia at the front desk was very helpful for organizing the tours . The pools were always at a comfortable temperature. The restaurant offered nice meals with folklore dancing one night and a fire dancing circus on another night . The concierge texted me every night about next days activities offered at the hotel .

The bed was the worst ever. I was offered a foam pad to help improve the bed?? Thanks a lot. Check your bill upon leaving, you will be charged for things you never heard of. I am going to dispute the bill. It is a beautiful place, good pool and nice outdoor seating but it needs lots of work. I would not go back.

Generally a great stay. Nice views, nice pools, quiet and peaceful. May need to pay attention to a few details, like shower drain backing up a bit, toilet running after flushing (i.e., I kept having to jiggle the handle to stop the running noise). Black flies attracted to residue on outdoor windows. Generally clean place but could use a deeper clean once in a while.

Even though Norma arrived right after I did, I found this an amazing place to stay. The staff are wonderful. They made sure guests were safe. The room, even without electricity, was beautiful. The beach is gorgeous.

This property is amazing. We had an ocean view room and it was right on top of the water. Our balcony felt like a cruise ship balcony. What a great spot to enjoy a glass of wine or cup of coffee. The room was comfortable and clean and the service was impeccable. The view unforgetable. I would highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a great place to stay in Cabo!

Great staff, couldn't have been nicer (Alex the bartender was the best)! Fun activities on site. If you are up for hanging at the pool/resort, it is perfect. The view is spectacular. Property is well kept. Cons - it is a bit secluded Not a convenient location to walk anywhere, FYI. We had to take ubers to get to San Jose Del Cabo (expensive ride) and the marina/downtown area.

front staff was not accommodating despite the inconvenience we had experienced cause of the hotel. They were rude, and not professional.
