This house was perfect for our trip to LA. We were there for a family wedding. The location was perfect, the house was lovely, clean, well-stocked kitchen, and the garden is spectacular.

#### Couldn't ask for a better place.

We had a wonderful experience at this place. Loved this private, spacious, clean home with all the creature comforts. The beds were big and super comfortable. It was senior friendly. We enjoyed the covered patio and the koi pond in the backyard. The neighborhood was quiet and safe. We took evening strolls around the neighborhood. Close to stores and restaurants too. Highly recommend it. Thank you.

Communication was wonderful. They reached out 48 hours before arrival and sent us a message with the entry code 2 hours prior to check-in. It was great to have the information necessary before we got there. The house was clean and it is very well supplied with basics like shampoo, conditioner, soap, dish soap, and coffee. It appears it was recently updated, and it was done very tastefully. The location is very peaceful and safe. You really loved our stay and look forward to staying here again.

#### Alhambra Holiday

Great property just outside LA and close to Pasadena. Very recently renovated with quality appliances and furnishings. The house is in a classic middle working class neighborhood that is surprisingly quiet and close to many amenities such as groceries and restaurants. Check in process was seamless with automated locks. Wifi worked well for the older kids as we had booked the house to spend Thanksgiving break with them and they were also finishing up some school work. The place was nicely appointed with great bedding, bathroom items and very crucial kitchen items. The kitchen was outfitted with all the tools, spices, and utensils to prepare just about anything. There was also an outdoor grill and a great sitting area. If traveling with family - this is the place you want to book!
