Loved, L O V E D, L O V E D our week at the Palihouse WeHo. Valet parking always smooth and fast, in and out, terrific in house cafe with lovely breakfast / brunch / lunch / dinner options and of course only a few minutes leisurely walk to some iconic eateries on 3rd such as Joans on 3rd, El Carmen and The Little Door. Lovely interior decoration, comfy bed, great shower, super friendly and helpful staff throughout. If you're seeking a nice place to relax and chill for a week or more in LA, you've just found it - pat yourself on the back and get booking those flights!

We absolutely love our stays at the Palihouse. From the desk, to speaking to Wolfgang the GM to Josh and Carolina at the bar, we feel like pampered regulars everytime we visit. The rooms are terrific, as are the hallways. Love it!!

Nice small hotel in West Hollywood. The food was pretty pricey for what you get but they have a microwave so if you had an leftovers from a previous meal out that was super convenient. They didn't have a kettle in the room so we had to keep asking for hot water each time we had to make a tea.

LOVE the decor and the whole vibe of the place. Bonus is that they have Diptyque toiletries. Bathrooms have a e excellent design. Love the little touches and attention to detail like the Smeg minifridge and the old school landline. A few feet away from Joan's on Third so that's a huge plus. 10/10

Great boutique hotel in a very walkable area. The rooms were very comfortable. The bar and restaurant lounge have a good vibe and the food was very good. Stepping out to the street there are cafes, restaurants, shops and galleries all in an easy walking distance. Great neighborhood. Easy to walk to Melrose and also LACMA, etc. staff are friendly, helpful and know the area well.

My stay atv Palihouse was perfect. The hotel is beautifully decorated and the room are spacious and the hotel is located right in the heart of West Hollywood., The neighborhood is great and is walking distance to a few places like LACMA and the Design District. I will definitely come back. Staying at Palihouse made my stay in Los Angeles very pleasurable.

The hotel is cozy, beautiful and well located. The rooms are quite big and the beds comfortable. I wasn’t very pleased with the staff unfortunately. Apart from the guy that checked me in (who was incredibly nice and helpful), they all seem to be in a bad “I don’t want to be here” mood at all times… the maintenance guy was super nice and so is house keeping but some of the room service people and most all of the front desk people were not nice. It’s a shame because apart from that, it was all great but I am not sure if I’ll be returning because or the service.

Lovely, comfortable, and spacious rooms. The desk staff were very friendly and helpful. I was there 3 nights and issues with the WiFi each day. My first room was on the top floor which and I had some trouble sleeping the first night because of the noise from the AC units on the roof but the staff was helpful in switching me.

ADA with tub room
The hotel is very cute and decorated nice and room was large with oversized bath. Room was very clean. Pool area very cute but it was very windy cold day so didn’t partake. Was able to obtain ADA with tub room which we wanted but ADA are located along busy street so be warned with street noise even on higher 4 th floor. You can hear all traffic even when told shouldn’t be a problem.

The Palihouse West Hollywood was perfectly situated for my quick business trip, it's central location lended itself well to someone in town and without a car. The property was well taken care of, the staff were friendly and attentive, overall I had a lovely stay. My only drawbacks were some issues with noise and hot water during my stay, otherwise it was a 10/10 experience.

The overall style is fun and different. Creates a cool vibe. We were on the 5th floor facing the street. The noise from the street is very loud no real sound proofing. The air conditioner was also very loud when we turned it off the building units shook the wooden shudders all night they provide ear plugs. The hood is fun lots of places to get coffee and Son of a Gun was excellent. Hoping the construction in back is done soon then might be a great spot.

The hotel aesthetic was, of course, top notch but couldn’t get over the single pane windows and how noisy it made it in the room. Outside chatter and all the vehicles, you could hear every detail. Staff was super friendly and attentive though.

The air conditioning wasn't working in the room. I had to open the windows, but the music played outside from 1:30 am to 2 am.

Excellent stay and service!
Service was excellent. Everyone friendly and helpful. Valet parking outstanding and friendly. Walking distance to many restaurants, easy!
