Looks are deceiving.
Room not cleaned thoroughly - food from previous guests still in fridge, sticky walls, stained duvet. Key cards needed replacing 3 times in 2 days. Room not serviced during stay, management said " not my fault".
Outside looked not bad, but dim lighting and dark walls and floors did not hide the general shabbiness and grubbiness of the room.
