This is a very clean motel and situated in a great location in Hollywood Boulevard. The rooms are basic but spacious and you get bed/towel service every day. No complaints about the hotel or staff but it is a motel and your door opens up to the outside. There were quite a few guests who felt it was ok to yell outside to each other after midnight and somebody decided. It to clean up after their dog (in front of our door.) The pool is small and walled in so not super inviting but on a very hot day would be nice enough.

Very conveniently located, area is very busy. Hotel was ok, although walls are thin and it is noisy outside, also no dining on site, but several establishments nearby. No issues with the room itself.

Everything was as expected and the staff was really friendly, the only problem we had was with one of the neighbors that were fighting during the morning and it scared us, also the neighborhood during the night is a little bit scary due to the homeless people around the place, but overall the stay was as expected.

Sink in room gurgles like a ghost is going to come out of it. Pipes also shake every time a toilet is flushed. Walls are paper thin so you can hear everything!!!

I booked this hotel for 3 nights and checked out after the first night because there were cockroaches in my room. I spoke to Copal, the morning manager, who stated I would only be charged for the first night. Im still waiting for my refund, I should have had the first night comped as well, as I didn't sign up to share my room with roaches. The area had nothing going on but, homeless people. I want my money back!

The room was clean and smelled good. The only complaint about the room is the poor renovation in the restroom and pillows needs to be upgraded. Walls are very thin so you can hear everything even with my white noise machine. Overall stay for the night was 7/10.

Stayed for 5 days. Spiders, roaches, bugs. Asked for a discount and received $10 off after complaining and showing pics for over 30 minutes. Housekeeping forgot to leave toilet paper. Floor didn’t appear to get mopped on the ONE day we did ask for room service.

Descriptions and photos are from years ago when the location was new. The location has aged and multiple minor issues which would require maintenance have appeared and been ignored. Drawers that don’t close right, loose fixtures in the bath. All fixable but not. The character that we expected from the exterior photos was completely missing under layers of not quite the same colours. The location was clean and tidy and in a very convenient spot so still quite a good deal.
