A $500 fine will be charged for each smoking incident. Quiet hours apply — please respect our neighbors and fellow guests. We do not allow filming or commercial photography without prior written approval. Bookings require $200 security deposit and ID verification. The deposit is fully refundable within 2 days after check-out, provided there are no damages or violations of house rules.
