LAに5日間滞在の旅行で利用しました。メトロに直結したホテルで、ハリウッドやサンタモニカへのアクセスも便利でした。 スタバのコーヒーも毎日ついているし、タオルも人数分以上ついていて助かりました。 ホテルが改装された後だったので、部屋もとてもきれいでした。エレベーターもセキュリティがしっかりしていて安心です。 近所に、大型スーパー、コンビニ、コーヒーショップ、スタバ、Macy'sもあり買い物にもとても便利です。

nice hotel in downtown location

Pros: the bed most of all
Cons: Get the air conditioning units off the roofs of the hotels downtown, they are marring my view, hahahah
Location: I attended a film festival and it was very easy to get transportation from the hotel. And for a downtown area I found it very clean.
The check in was great, very helpful, valet out front was slow and did not seem to feel any urgency to get to the next car. room was immaculate and well maintained, the amazing Sheraton bed was awesome of course. And the privileges of being a Starwood member make you always want to find one of their hotels.

Too short, but fair.

Pros: It was in a great location, very clean and comfortable. The Front Desk staff and the Bellman we encountered were awesome!
We were literally there for just an overnight stay. We arrived, dropped off our bags, got directions and some tips on what to see and where to eat from the bellman-- most of which turned out to be very helpful-- and hit the road! We didn't arrive back at the hotel until around 1:30am. And then we had to leave at 5:00a to get back to San Diego.

Need more lights

Pros: Staff
Cons: Lighting in the rooms
Generally the experience was excellent; the staff was very friendly and accommodating and room very comfortable. However, I wasn't able to get enough light in the room. Even turning all the lights on that I could find, the room was dim which is very depressing - and being away from home is depressing enough.

街中の移動がしやすい

ホテルの中もキレイで、staffの方も親切に対応してくださいました! 近くにショッピングモールもあり、食事やお買い物もしやすい! LAXからもタクシーで30分ほどで、移動もしやすかったです!

Great location

Everything else was great. Except room service, couldn't reach the front desk multiple times but other than that no complaints.

decent stay, no free wi-fi, parking was around 30$ per night, elevator was a little difficult at first, it's not like a normal push a button one you have to scan your room card..
